it was very close to the train station ☺️; and yet it felt quiet
This studio is in a great location. Lots of bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Wrigley stadium is a 20 minute walk. Also close to the train system. The studio was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great and it has a tv in the room as well as a small table to eat at in the kitchen. The building is old but the apartment itself is well maintained and has a great A/C system that we used. I highly recommend this for a couple! Starbucks is across the street along with a fantastic diner and a fun bbq place/bar with a great upstairs patio. The owner was very quick with responses and we had no issues getting in or with any part of our stay.
Apartment had everything we needed, walking distance to Wrigley Field.

Very easy, I texted with the host prior to our arrival and he responded very promptly. He gave thorough instructions for how to receive the keys, and were able to organize whether/how we could do early checkin that day.
